Willful blindness is a term used in law to describe a situation in which an individual seeks to avoid civil or criminal
liability for a wrongful act by intentionally putting himself in a position where he will be unaware of facts which would render him liable.

IGNORANCE IS NO EXCUSE FOR BREAKING ANY OF THESE RULES.
IF CAUGHT BREAKING ANY RULES GM's HAVE FULL RIGHT TO EXERCISE THEIR POWERS IN ANY WAY THEY SEE FIT.
IF CAUGHT THERE WILL BE NO EXCUSES SIMPLY PUNISHMENT.

* Please respect the server and the Gm's they are here to help but can't answer every question at once. So, please be patient. Please submit petitions it makes the process faster.
* GM<~ Do not ask for items. Do not make rude comments to a GM. Do not threaten a Gm. Do not impersonate a GM.
* No third party programs of anykind (java programs, walker,bots,or any add on).
* Spawn killing is not illegal you have 10 seconds of spawn protection. This should be enough time for anyone to load an area. 30 seconds after porting into an area you are subject to pk wether or not you have moved off the spawn point.
* About scamming , you are responsible for your own gear and should you choose to give it to the wrong person you are 100% responsible for anything lost. Do not give out your account to any one. we are not held resposible for anypart of your account(characters,items,passwords,clans,etc.) When you do a trade you are responsible to make sure the items you are trading for are the correct items.
* No advertising of other servers.
* Trash talking will be accepted to a limit.Those Limits are No racism No Discrimination And No Sexist Remarks and no Offensive remarks.
* No offensive Character or Clan or Alliance names.
*No Player, Clan or Alliance names that contain offensive, racist or sexist terms.

(Sexist)
-discriminatory on the basis of sex (usually said of men's attitude toward women)

(offensive)
-causing anger or annoyance; "offensive remarks"
-A lack of politeness; a failure to show regard for others; wounding the feelings of others

Client Modding & Third Party Programs

* While client modding is not controlable by the admin it is illegal and goes against the NCsoft Player agreement, we do not in any support it, Client modding includes camera hacks, nude patches & enchant color modification or any other non NCsoft related patches applied to Lineage 2, any posting of links and/or screenshots that display client modding will be removed and punishment may be issued depending on the seriousness of the offence.

* Third Party Programs including Walkers, Bots, Auto Skill Bar or any other program attached to lineage 2 that gives you an advantage are illegal, anybody caught using these programs will be punished to the full extent of the rules, including but not limited to complete account bans.

GM's will NEVER ask for your account info. You are responsible for what happens to your account!
